A:

Your body needs time to adjust to your changes… because it is used to its normal cycle.
My advise? Think of things to keep you really, really busy so your brain doesn’t have time to feel worse. ;3

A:

Are you getting enough iron? B12? If you eat meat you probably are, but you could be deficient. I’m not suggesting a supplement–Just evaluate the foods you’re eating.
Also, how long ago did you quit smoking? Took me a full two months to start feeling like myself again after I quit.

A:

How long has it been? If it’s only been a few weeks, you may be going through a “healing crisis.” Your body has been flooded with chemicals and bad food for so long that it’s going through a major adjustment. After all, it took you years to get in the shape you’re in now. You won’t get better overnight!
Give yourself 90 days. If you’re still feeling sick after that time, see your doc. Your new diet may be missing some nutrients you need, and that’s why you’re feeling run down.
PS… make sure you cut down on caffeine, too. Too much caffeine dehydrates you and can make you feel tired and run down.

A:

because your body is addicted to smoking and your body wants the drug so go get help immediately and eat healthy keep up the exercise.
can u answer my question?

A:

You might be overdoing the workouts. That’s something you should ease into. If you’re working out so much, you need to be really sure that you are getting a well-balanced diet to properly replenish and nourish your body.
