I do like to keep my body fit and healthy. Everyday life puts a lot of wear and tear on you.

Well, I try, although I’m not obsessive about it.
I don’t smoke, don’t drink (that is because of an allergy…but even if I could, I would only drink in moderation), excercise and try to eat healthy…fruits and vegetables, lots of meatless dinners or else very little red meat, if any.
My weakness is probably sweets, though. I DO enjoy them, but I don’t think there is anything wrong with that if, again, it is kept in moderation…

I was a fanatic a few years ago, I’m still not a fan of junk food, fried greasy food or anything with colouring and additives.
My exercise routine is appalling

Spring Flowers, I’m assuming this is you Aussie, I have been into healthy living since my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. You were the one who brought to my attention the affect that foods can have on the brain. I have been keeping non-processed fresh foods in my home, staying away from sugars and artificial colors and preservatives.
The exercises part is next. My weakness is smoking, and sweets. I did notice more energy when I cut down both.
Also, I have been following a diet which specifically says which foods should be eaten together, and which, for example melons, should be eaten alone. It has to do with the digestive system (also been used for centuries by Buddhists). The US is messed up when it comes to what to eat, and how much we eat! with companies owning government, the FDA approves food targeted towards kids with harmful dyes and preservatives.
What are your weaknesses?? =)

i dont know
i eat my mama’s cooking most of the time…. i don’t like to eat fast foods much… but mom makes fried chicken and .. it’s fried so it’s not healthy… but they’re so damn good… yum yum…
