Which Fast Food Restaurant In The United States Would You Say Has Healthy Options For Food?

Out of the many fast food restaurants in the United States that have drive thru windows, which fast food restaurant would you say has healthy options for food you can order and why?
I would say that Chick-Fil-A has healthy options for food. Some of their healthy options included the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chargrill and Fruit Salad and Grilled Chicken Wrap.

A:                 maybe arbies, i think they use deli meat, it depends on what you order really

A:               Arbys. Their food is pretty low in calories and such compared to others.

A:                 My answer is Subway. They offer a “Subway Fresh Fit Meal”. That includes their Veggie Delite, Ham, Turkey Breast, Roast Beef, Subway Club, Turkey Breast & Ham, Roasted Chicken Breast, and Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Subs. For calories, they count Italian or wheat bread, veggies, and meat. Addition of condiments or cheese alters nutrition content. So, the calorie counts for sandwiches alone would be 35 calories less than what I have shown below.
The calorie content ranges from 265 (6″) to 405 (6″) and includes apples and a Diet Coke. 265 calories would be the Veggie Delite and the 405 calories would be the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki.
That’s a good deal when you compare a Subway Fresh Fit Meal to a Big Whopper Value Meal – 940 calories or a Whopper Value Meal – 1030 calories!
They have my vote!

A:             Surprisingly, I’d have to say McDonald’s. They really have healthy foods like the wraps or salads. The trick: don’t order too much. The “meals” are overpriced and have too much food. Instead, order a wrap, salad, or even a chicken sandwich (300-some calories) and a medium fry (380 calories) separately. It’ll only cost a couple bucks and you can carry a bottle of water with you instead of paying two bucks for a drink filled with sugar and calories

A:               Mc Donald’s. The key is to take your time to eat, and drink water instead of a soft drink.
Whenever you see an overweight, unhealthy person, just remember the following proverb ==> when it comes to being fat, sodas are the scourge of America : )

A:                   I would agree that Chick-fil-A has the best healthy options. But like anywhere you eat out at, you have to plan your meal, I too often see people order a healthy option like a salad only to ruin it by getting three blue cheese dressings to put on it. So a lot of places have healthy options but you have to chose wisely and make sure you factor in everything you are eating including dressings, sauces or condiments such as mayo or cheese since most nutritional info doesn’t factor that in for you.
The thing I love about Chick-fil-A is on the website it has a “meal Calculator” where you can add everything together including any condiments or sides and it will show you all your totals in one place vs trying to add everything separately from all of the other websites like Subway.

The response level to national disaster is noble but it’s a real shame that so many citizens take advantage of the negative situations.

I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill – there’s always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.

This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys “angels” got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!
