where is the cheapest place to buy healthy food?

Hi,I did the following:
Question: where is the cheapest place to buy healthy food?

ive noticed that the only reason i dont eat healthy is because healthy food is so freakin expensive.where should i be shopping?
i live in oregon.

I have a health pharmacy down the road from me (in Sweden…), but when I went to America I went to this place called Kroger. The healthy food (mostly vegetarian, I’m a vegetarian) wasn’t that expensive. And some of it was. You have to do what is good for your body, even if it’s expensive. I stopped drinking soda about 3 years ago and stopped eating meat 5 years ago, and now my bills are much less, even WITH the expensive healthy food.

Be careful, though. A lot of healthy food is GROSS. Take it from me. Tofu, Ew. Veggie burgers, Ew. Quorn is my favorite brand, and Morning Star, and sometimes Boca. Try those out.

if you make your own rather than buy ready made ‘healthy’ food it will be cheap! Fruit and veg in season isn’t expensive at all if you buy from a greengrocer and go to a proper butchers and fishmongers rather than supermarket and you’ll find it’s a lot cheaper. healthier becase you know what you’re putting into your dinner too.
