don’t die…. no just kidding, healthy eating, religion or praying to whoever you believe in, kids, pets and yes even a wife will help you live longer, be happy every day and little stress in your life and good wholesome food. no drugs or tobacco and a love for life that’s my theory.

get plenty of rest, eat a well balanced, high fiber diet, and always stay active. i have found that the more active people stay during their lives, the longer they live. a heart healthy, organic, high vegie/fruit, fiber diet will help too. drinking plenty of water and teas will help as well. being happy overall and getting rid of negative feelings will bring a sense of well being and peace. reduce stress as much as you can. enjoy life.

    Eat well ,love ( with a big L) plenty.
    Get your foods to look like a rainbow so you get all important anti oxidants.
    Don’t use a car for anything less than 3 miles at least use a bike or walk.
    But Love is a key ingredient love your neighbor love yourself love the land that feeds you and allow others to love you.
    And avoid stress where and whenever you can.

    In one way everything is predestined. You will live for certain period. But anyway, if you are vegetarian, you take no intoxication (that destroys DNA and other cells); perform no gambling (that results in stress and mental illness); and have no sex (losing semen man lose a lot of proteins a woman similarly…) your defence system against diseases will be very strong. People who have no sex look much younger even when old. They are stronger and have better memory too. All this is described as brahmacarya in the vedic wisdom. Do some more research.
