What’s Some Healthy Food To Get Fatter?

I’m 5’2 and I weigh 81-84 pounds.. I’m also 13. I wanna get fatter cause I look like I’m just skin & bones.. What are some healthy food to get fatter? And how many times a week should I eat? Oh, and also, am I underweight?

avocados are very high in calories and fat, but is a natural food. also smoothies with weight gainers but without the sugar and honey. protein bars.

A:             You should probably talk to your doctor, because gaining weight the proper way is difficult. It’s easy to eat pasta and meat and gain weight, but that may not be the best way for you, especially since you’re 13 and your body is still developing.

A:             Speak to your parents first. If they agree, suggest that they buy you a nutritional, high-calorie drink such as Boost Plus or Ensure Plus. This is an in-between-meal supplement. There is also a product called Benecalorie, a calorically dense food or drink additive that increases calorie intake. Look these up on the Internet.

You are underweight, but only by a few pounds. Rather than trying to get fatter, you should speak to your parents and doctor about a physical and running tests to find out why you’re underweight. If you are otherwise healthy and are eating well, you could just have a fast metabolism, or it could be something more serious. I’m not trying to alarm you. I just don’t want you to cause damage by taking your diet in the wrong direction. Let your doctor determine whether how you should gain weight or if it’s even necessary.

A:             Healthy foods are peanut butter (and other nut butters)
They’re healthy – but high in fat.
Cheese is good – but choose all natural.
Avocados. (Make guacamole – ummm)
If you want to gain weight in a healthy way – go talk to a nutritionist – that will help.

A:           Just eating burgers and fries will get you there. Fall in love with food and you will be there quick. Even quicker learn to turn to food when you are stressed, angry or upset. Call it your friend when your other friends disappoint you. Turn to sweets for comfort and immediate pleasure and you will become one of us – the huge, the fat, and the ugly.

    Well I am almost the same as you. I’m 13, 5’3 and 85 pounds. I don’t look like skin and bones, but when people hear my height and weight, it sounds too thin to them. I think your fine and not under weight. But some healthy foods to get fatter are patato, steak, chicken, and egg.

    if you were born skinny you going to stay skinny. you can eat the world and the universe there is no way you going to get fat.

    fatter don’t mean better.
    go do some exercise, whatever 13-year old girls do to sweat a lot and eat more carbs for the energy.
    you’ll slowly gain muscles wt. which is good

    You would not want to put your car with dirty fuel.
    So filling you body with foods that are not healthy should be common sense. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. Living a healty life style is about making smart food choices.
