It is pivotal to eat effectively to keep healthy. Colon cleanse is an awesome suplement that keeps you healthy and also has the bonus of assisting you to lose lots of weight. There’s a free trial happening currently at http://coriws.myslimmingstore.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?

K don’t listen to the colon cleanse dude what do you want to have diarreah in class. THAT WOULD BE THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING EVER. THAT GUY POSTS THAT EVERYWHERE.

I vote the chicken sandwich too.

Try banana, and natural peanut butter (not the regular peanut butter because of sugar), and whole wheat tortilla or whole wheat bread with low sodium turkey deli, cheese to get calcium which is proven to promote weight loss (watch out for sodium content, and ingredients like high fructose corn syrup).

-peanut butter sandwich on a low calorie/high fiber wheat bread.
-half dozen baby carrots
-2 pieces of fruit
-dry healthy cereal – like wheaties, cherrios or a shredded wheat cereal (opt regular and not sweetened)
-bottle of water.

I have a lot of ideas on my lunch website http://www.lunchtaker.com
Everything on there has nutrition information and a picture, and you can search by color, type of food, number of calories etc. Oh … everything has directions for preparation and storing for lunch and most of it is pretty easy stuff that’s on the healthier side. If you have some favorites of your own already, submit them to us and let us calculate nutrition for you. Good luck! :) Amy
