I have natural hair,it’s not short,but I’ve been eating healthy and looking for a bonus for the hair.

I hear eggs, meats, leafy greens, grains, and chesses have protien, a main nutrient in hair. But there’s lots more foods, those are off the top of my head though. [: Try to get more biotin and folic acid and of course, B vitamins. BUT DO NOT TAKE PRE-NATAL VITAMINS. THEY CAN MAKE YOU VERY SICK unless you are preggo. Otherwise, get vitamins especially for hair. I take GNC’s Women’s Hair, SKin, and Nails.

Okay you should eat:

almonds
spinache
milk
eggs
pumpkin, sunflower and other seeds
beans

These will all assist your hair and nails in growing faster. You should also condition your hair once every two weeks by drenching it in olive oil (no joke). This will deeply nourish your hair and add shine and moisture :)

Eat protein like eggs, fish, yogurt and beans. Take vitamins and minerals. Brush, wash and massage your head regularly, blood flowing to your head helps. Get lots of rest and exercise.
