What To Eat If Im On A Diet And Theres No Healthy Food In The House?

my parents are always at work an barely ever go shoppig
so when i tell them to get healthy food, they get it but it usually goes in a few days and they never have time to go out shopping, and im 13 5’6 and 154 lbs.. i need to lose weight im looking to lose 20 lbs. what doi eat/ do?

Nothing??(LOL) kidding
you should eat something do not stay hungry
eat fruits, or vegatables
or go and buy some healthy food

A:    1.ask your parents to give u shopping money like 30-40 bucks,and if there is a grocery store near your house,walk there.
2.if u have any family members/adult friends/teenagers that are allowed and legally allowed to drive, ask them if they could take you out grocery shopping,MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MONEY!
3.get 1 parent, like maybe your mom, after work when she comes home,ask her to take you grocery shopping ( only if she comes home early enough)
4.if there is a city bus near by,walk to the bus stop.and get a ride at the grocery store.

A:    Maybe ask them for a pre-paid credit card that you can use to shop for food online. I think Acme/Albertsons delivers – they charge $10 for delivery.
