What Kind Of Food Is Healthy Fast Food?
Some people have been talking about ‘healthy fast food’. I’m wondering what healthy fast food is, really. Do you know?
A: I like to get my “healthy” fast food fix from Chick-Fil-A. I order their grilled chicken sandwich along with light mayo and replace the fries with a fruit cup instead. This is healthy and actually a really delicious meal.
Subway can also be considered “healthy” fast food depending on what type of sandwich you get and what ingredients you put on it
A: It’s making healthier options at fast food places.
-Instead of french fries, get a baked potato
-Instead of a Cheeseburger or fried chicken sandwich, get grilled chicken
-Try one of their salads
-Instead of soda, get a diet soda or tea.
-Instead of fries, get the apples slices (McDonalds offers this)
A: Salads or grilled chicken sandwiches…preferably with veggies
A: El Pollo Loco: A two piece chicken meal with steamed vegetables as a side
Two tacos al carbon with a side salad with low calorie/fat free Italian dressing
Subway:
Turkey sandwich on wheat no may, mustard, cheese
Turkey and ham sandwich on wheat
Etc.
Baja Fresh:
Two baja chicken tacos with a side salad with fat free dressing
Two baja chicken tacos with a small tortilla soup
Long John Silver’s” Their new salmon entrees
That’s how I would eat if I were going to a fast food joint.
Stay away from cream sauces, too much cheese, fried stuff, sweets like massive-sized cupcakes, etc.
A: Chipotle uses naturally raised meats, plus you can get vegetarian options and salads. Just don’t eat all of it at one time.
A: Sometimes all you need to do is just watch your portion sizes. A cheeseburger isn’t bad for you-as long as you eat just one. And if you’re still hungry, if that doesn’t fill you up, go home and have some fruit or something
A: go baked not fried.
try subway they have healthy options.

Purchasing memory is such a chore… You have to Google prices, filter through which ones are genuine, go out to a bunch of shops, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then constantly pray that the price doesn’t drop in the next month or so.I’ve been f’d over by some ridiculous price drops in the past… especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD for my R4 gaming flash card at what apparently was a bargain price, only to later see that it fell by five bucks in a week.(Submitted using Nintendo DS running R4i Qezv2)
