    follow the food pyramid and get enough servings of fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, and grains (breads) every day. exercise often like work out at a gym or fitness room, lift dumbells, ride a bike, jump and bounce on a trampoline, play sports, run a few laps outside around the track or the field to build muscles and increase heart rate, do push ups and sit ups, or something else that is active and involves movement. stay away from drugs like smoking tobacco cigarettes, drinking alcohol, using inhalants, and other harmful substances that have bad chemicals and can damage the brain, cause liver or kidney failure, heart attack, stroke, cancer, and other diseases. practice hygene like take showers, brush and floss your teeth, and wash your hands and face so your body will be clean. live life under as little stress as possible and try not to get too frustrated or angry all the time or yell and scream all the time. too much stress can lead to serious health problems and side effects. just make positive decisions and do all of these things right and you will live a long and healthy life.

    The first thing that comes to mind is diet, but in my opinion, more important than a good diet is no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs! Pretty much, eat, drink, exercise, make sex and enjoy life, as long as with moderation, and you will be healthy. The moment anything of those healthy habits make you addicted… then it is not healthy anymore. Add to that good thoughts, good actions, meditation, prayer and you are good to go.
