What Is Some Remotely Healthy Food I Can Order?

i dont eat meat but i do eat seafood. there is no food in my house and im starvinggg. the only thing my dad can suggest is pizza. what is something somewhat healthy i can order? or get in fast food?

A:                 raw sushi from a Japanese restaraunt
Salmon (to me) tastes best raw, so if they have just a salmon roll that would be good.
Sushi is lean and basically just rice (grains), seaweed (vegetable), and fish (protein).
Have a yummy dinner!
Oh, also all Japanese is MSG free! Even if MSG doesn’t make you feel sick anyways, it makes you gain weight and slows down your metabolism.

A:           Since your dad wants pizza…you can get it a healthy way.
I’m vegan so I always order pizza with whole wheat dough, no cheese extra sauce then all the veggies you want…mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, pineapple, etc. It’s reeeally good.

A:         If you have a good chinese restaurant in your area, they usually do take-out. Lots of veg entrees and those with shrimp or lobster.
Fast food, not many choices…I think Wendy’s has a caesar salad and baked potato.
BK used to serve a veg. burger. You can get that anyway you like.
Check out some of the Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine frozen entrees in the grocery store for a fast meal…many are without meat, low on sodium, calories and fat.
Can Alaskan salmon on a healthy salad is quick and easy.
Taco shells, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce along with some guacamole is tasty and simple.

A:        A lot of Pizza places serve salad. It’s not economically a super choice but a salad and a pizza is reasonable. Chinese food is pretty decent minus some of the sodium and you should avoid deep fried items. I always picture these restaurants as using the absolute cheapest oil which probably have good amount of trans fat.

A:              Subway!!! or Wendys and just get their salad or chili?. That’s what I normally do. Or go to the store and just pick up a thing of sushi at Publix or whatever store you have in your citytown.

A：         Maybe a salad or a tostada. I wouldn’t know because in California it’s against the law for fast food restaurants to serve anything even remotely healthy!

A：      Sushi is a great healthy choice, especially if you can order it with brown rice instead of white.
