What Is Healthy Food I Could Eat At Night While Watching Tv?
I want to eat something at night but I don’t want to gain weight.. I just need to be eating something. So what can I eat while watching TV that will be good for me and still not gain weight?
A: Fruit is a fine snack after dinner and can even help with digestion (depending on the fruit). A piece of fruit about the size of an apple is about one serving of fruit. Try to leave the skin on as it’s good source of fiber, but remember to wash it well.
A: Baby carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, popcorn, toast with a hard cheese like swiss or parmesan melted/broiled on it, and last but hardly least, those 100-calorie packaged snacks they are selling now in the stores.
You can eat anything you want as long as you don’t eat endlessly in front of the television.
A: Well some of the ones that pop up off the top of my head are:
HealthyPop Popcorn – It’s mostly fat free, don’t add too much salt.
Trailmix – Some are healthier than others, you just have to look at the Nutrition label
Dry cereal or cereal with low fat milk
I’m usually up very late into the night and early into the morning because I have a lot of college work and i’m also an insomniac so I have a few things that I like that i’ll share.
1. Sandwiches, Wheat bread is much better than white bread, and try to get the mostly fat free turkey and ham selections. Fat free cheese is good too, and tastes the same to me as regular cheese. Then add a lot of stuff like elttuce and pickles and tomatos on top.
2. Salad – They sell bagged salad at a supermarket by me for like 2 bucks a bag, and it’s great, use fat free dressing.
3. Baked chips, as long as they are baked they have much less fat than regular chips. You still don’t want to go overboard but they are good to have.
4. Goldfish – You know the little fishy crackers, well they really aren’t too bad for you. I wouldn’t recommend eating a whole bag, but you could down about half a bag and still be doing pretty good.
5. Pretzels – Not a lot of fat, if any depending on the brand and type. A lot of sodium though so be careful of that. And if you can find the fat free chocolate spreads then pretzels are great for dipping.
6. Any kind of fruit, I like fruit salad personally, but some people don’t.
Theres a few right there, see what you like. And remember take some of the foods you would normally eat at night and see if there are any fat free varieties i your local store. You’d be surprised what’s out there
A: or stop watching tv at night and get out into the world — take a walk, go play pool, bowling – do something active

A: What we like but dont eat too much – is a mixture or liquorice cut dried apricots brazil nuts dried prunes dried bannana walnuts etc quite healthy in moderation compared to choc etc
A: Air popped popcorn with butter spray (no calories) or popcorn seasoning

Sugar Free jello
apple slices
A:
Low fat tortilla chips
Grapes
Frozen grapes (taste like popsicles!)
Pieces of fruit in a bowl (finger food)
Low sodium mini pickles
Ritz Chips
Pretzels
A smoothie
Yogurt seasoned with unsweetened cocoa powder
A parfait
Cellery filled with peanut butter
Frozen baby peas (deeeelicious)
Carrot pieces
Any dried fruit
Popcorn without butter

Garlic Powder
Paparika
Olive oil
Sesame seeds/oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Black Pepper
Soy Sauce
Dash of Cayenne pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Other hard grated cheese
Chipotle powder
Curry Powder
Cinnamon Sugar
Lemon Pepper
Popcorn salt (very fine, almost a powder)

you really shouldnt eat too late like 3 hours before bed but maybe try rice cakes they are good and come in many flavors like chips.
