I am 20 pounds heavier than i should be and i want to know a fast way to lose weight. But i also want it to be healthy and not be to hard to maintain. Can you give me any ideas.

a balanced diet, exercise and plenty of rest. dieting alone will not work and is much harder to do. this is because the body adapt to what it sees as “famine”

Eat mini meals during the day drink 2-3 cups green tea during the day (decaf) add cinnamon and a little honey exercise minimum 1 hr preferably 2hrs a day. Mini meal can be an apple with a few small slices of cheese (such as one reg slice of cheese cut in four) and a pkg. of cup-a-soup. in the morning have small bowl of cereal any kind you can add a banana, snack in afternoon can be a power bar under 150 cal. dinner can be a small serving of meat or a good serving of fish and lots of vegetables. if you want to be do it with less food substitute a slim fast for breakfast and a slim fast for lunch and slim fast snack in the afternoon. It doesn’t matter how heavy you are, but the fact you want to loose some weight, just avoid junk food, eat more vegetables, every week minder meat and more white meet, chicken or fish, until you can eat once a week meat.
FAST: It doesn’t work like that, to lose weight is a very long long process but fast doesn’t work, because you are heavy again and even more than you were before.

Good diet and sport at the same time is the key of success, to reach your goal.
