What Is A Healthy Food I Can Eat And Get Full?

I’m trying to loose weight but I’m always hungry no matter what I eat. Any suggestions that make you feel full. (without pills)

A:                       Drink Lots and lots of water throughout the day because you feel full….and try protein shakes because they have all the good nutrients without the fat and they fill you up

A:                    celery is a dieters best friend. it takes more energy to digest it than celery actually contains! and it fills you up.

A:                 O this is good and makes you full. Its a healthy snack. Get a peice of celery and but a little but of peanut-butter on in and out raisens ontop of the peanut butter and yummm you got a great snack! You can have like 1-3 of those! Or peanut butter and apples are good. Maybe even a power bar, or 100 callorie backs.

A:                     Protine keeps you full longer…keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge for snakes or a tin of tuna there are some nice new ones out ready to eat. Try lean cuts of meats and go easy on dairy products and bread.

A:                     Meal bars. From either Special K or Slim Fast. They are very filling. Don’t mistake them as a snack because most people do and just gain more weight. If you are used to eating a lot of food than eat it for lunch with a small fruit cup. Meal bars are also good because they have delicious flavor. They have chocolate, peanut butter, you name it. Try not to be a couch potatoe and exercise everyday. If you are too lazy to exercise than go to the mall or theme parks with friends. You burn about 500 calories at those places and when you are with your friends they keep you running around. Just try to stay away from the giant turkey legs and free samples

A:                Well try baby carrots in a helthy organic dip or i know how to make a great mini pizza thats really simple. Just get some whole wheat bread on put some mozzerala on it. You could add tomato sauce and pickles to, just try not to put to much on. If this dosen’t work then just toast spme whole wheat bread and put a little bit of olive oil. Those are the best ideas that i can think of.

A:                    lowfat yogurt, lowfat milk, drink A LOT of water. everytime you eat something drink 8 ounces of water before and after anything you eat. eat 3 snacks and 3 meals a day and remember lots of water!!! good luck

    All fruits and vegetables and whole grains are high fiber, will fill you up and not out. Also, eating soup can take the edge off.
    Try apple slices with a little crunchy peanut butter. Or take a cup of low fat yogurt, slice a banana, top with a T. of peanut butter and drizzle just a little chocolate over the top and you will feel like you are eating a sundae.
    Freeze some seedless grapes and eat a handful one at a time. Yum…..don’t let thaw.
    Make a smoothie from fresh fruits, non-far yogurt and a tray of ice cubes.
    How about tomato slices with a basil leaf covered with low fat mozzarella cheese melted on top.
    Hope these ideas got your own mind thinking of yummy ideas.

    Strawberries. A packet of strawberries is about 40 calories. So 3 packets of yummy strawberries is the equvilent to a packet of ready salted crisps. Which would you prefer? I also reconment a bowl of bran flakes with milk. Very filling and only about 120 calories. But that’s with semi-skimmed milk. I don’t know which milk you use. Drink gallons of water if need be, it’s healthy, calorie free and fills you up. Hope I helped!!

    i got this new food idea that i saw a few girls at the office eat. its filling and good for you. you take a can of tuna chop a few vegis in it that you like. add salt and pepper with a lil bit of lemon.. then you take a bell pepper cut the top off and stuff the mix in the bell pepper. its yuummy and not a fatty food
