well u will feel better and actually more happy becuase its good for u, and yes u might crave some junk food and dont worry a little bit of junk food is not so bad

You’ll drop the excess weight so fast, you’ll be amazed and flabbergasted. I don’t think cold turkey applies here, because we’re not talking about drugs as such. but calories and carbohydrates.
Something will happen that’s for sure. I would imagine you’ll feel better in yourself, like not being so tired, and have more zest and vigour and get up and go personality.
If this is a hypothetical question and has no relevance to any serious undertaking then you make of this what you will.
One thing I do know is by doing this for the long term, can give you a more healthy life style.

as a slimmer myself,i can tell you from experience that there are some ’side affects’ to a drastic change in diet.the only discomfort i had at first were headaches(prob due to caffeine/sugar withdrawel),but the pros def out weigh the cons.after the weight starts dropping off,you know everything was worth it.
just try and make healthy exciting meals,exercise,and treat yourself now and again!

No, it’s not as if your body starts relying on it like drugs. What happens is that the cells in your body get what they need and can function properly, and you’ll feel loads better. You will also look much better. Go vegan, it’s the best life style on the planet!

It’s just psychological and changing a psychological habit.

You will probably crave some of the junk food if you’re only eating healthy foods.
The trick is to not eat boring food or food you don’t enjoy.
Make healthy food enjoyable and similar to the junk food you gave up and you will be less likely to give in to any cravings you have.
