What Happens If I Am Constantly Eating Sugar And Not Very Healthy Food?
Can I get diabetes? Or what is another possibility of me eating lots of sugar and having a poor diet like this?
This is what I ate today:
oatmeal (breakfast
Motts applesauce
Hot cheetos
2 bowls of mint and chocolate chip ice cream
2 cookies with frosting
homemade french fries with ketchup
corn
salad dressing
flavored water

you ate salad dressing???? Eeewwww… But you are eating fruits and veggies. Just try to eat more of that.
If you are under 25, not a lot except gaining weight. After 20 or 30 years of eating junk, junk and more junk, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, etc.etc.etc.

Your body only needs about a teaspoon full of sugar at any given time. Any more than that simply gets converted into fat. You will become addicted to this type of foods and then it just gets worse. check out the article below on food addiction.

Stay off the motts applesauce the people who made it had no intention of making it a healthy food, instead they packed it with a ridiculous amount of sugar.. The same goes for quakers oatmeal, more so of the flavour ones.. I usually have to eat 3 packets of those for a grand total of 99g of carbs and 39g of sugar..Everything your eating there is scary as it is filled with so much sugar and starchy carbs like the hommad fries with ketchup even more sugar… Then the flavored water which is basically normal water with alot of sugar added in it, although its glucose sugar it has the same effect as sugar because it is no longer a whole food. I know its hard to live a day without sugar you should try eating the more healthy stuff, I’m not gonna say fruits a as real sugar addict I know fruits do not satisfy your addiction you would still feel the need to eat something very sugary.. You can try those high fiber fruit bars, they’re kinda expensive but they don’t give you the guilty feeling from eating say granola bars which are packed with sugar and they have 7g of fiber..

You could get diabetes, or become overweight or even obese. Are you at a healthy weight now? Eating like that for an extended period of time could lead to shortened life span, heart disease, stroke, diabetes (not good stuff). Change your eating habits now while you still can! You may wanna consider visiting a nutritionist for guidance

I don’t think you’re eating enough sugar to get diabetes, but you need to cut down. You’re gonna get fat. Also, sugar makes you tired, it’s a very poor energy source. Start trying to cut it out of your diet little by little.
