Don’t drink, don’t shmoke, and don’t do drugs, dude. Eat healthy stuff, like fruits and vegetables. Do Yoga. Exercise within moderation. Drink lots of water. Pray. Think positive, baby!!!!!!

In my View there are three components which you need to balance for a healthy living.

1) Physical growth
2) Spirtual growth
3) Economical growth

I see now a days people growing in two components i.e. physical growth, like taking healthy diet and going to gym for excercise, Economical growth, persons always look for better job or they are doing good busienss. But still they dont feel satisfied with himself and his life, and this is totally because their spirtual life is not growing instead it is declining.

So for healthy living you should grow in all of the components, specially Spirtually.
