What Are Some Healthy Food Choices If On A Diet?
I just started a diet and i want to know what kinds of foods are good for a diet
A: Mainly Fruits and Veggies…But all the food groups need to be eaten on any diet. Avoiding a certain food group can lack nutrtition in your health. Eat a Rainbow of food, try not to eat only one color.

A: Fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereal, wholemeal bread, tofu-soya bean, fruit juices with the pulp. Avoid fat of any kind and if you must, have olive oil extra virgin in smnall amounts,( I prefer Italian) and butter (no trans fat) ENJOY!{:-)
A: Fresh fruits and vegetables, the more color the better, whole grains lean meats and fish. Stay away from concentrated fruit juices, I dilute them. Good luck. Also no white bread, cakes eat fruit plain for dessert.
A: WATER! Depends on your body type. Certain people’s blood type and body build determine what kind of food their body needs to loose/gain weight.
Chicken, Fish, Fresh Vegetables, and Fruits. Stay away from sugars, oils, all things are ok in moderation. Watch your portions. I’d stay away from bread and rice, since they use to pack the pounds on me. if you fix a salad try to watch out ur dressing. it might be more fattening than a dbl chz burger once u load it with ranch u know???
Look into certain websites for your blood type. Find out how much you weigh, and how many calories yoiu need a day + excersize to set your weightloss goal!
