    Yogurt Parfait -
Your favorite flavor of yogurt (low fat will make it even healthier) then layer a glass equally with granola, yogurt, granola, yogurt, granola, yogurt, granola. Delicious, cruchy, smooth and satisfying. Almost feels like you’re eating dessert for breakfast…but healthy.
Fruit and Yogurt smoothies are also an option.
    YUM!!

I really like yoplait vanilla yogurt, with two kiwis worth of chunks in it
its more satisfying than youd think, and it gives you two servings of fruit, and a serving of dairy

fresh fruit is fab!!! also eggs are great and economical cant beat the price in todays market!! my favorite quick breakfast is an omelette… egg whites or all the egg!! the possibilities are endless!! from mexican omelette with salsa and cheese to veggie omelettes, you name the veggies, . the combos to an omelette are unbelievable!!! if your in a hurry? dont worry!! scrambled omelettes are just the thing!!!! wrap up your fav toppings with scrambled eggs and dont forget the cheese!!! wrap it up in a whole wheat tortilla! kids love it, but being your MARRIED< so will the hubby!! i also like just a granola bar and yogurt when i dont have time to cook (i have 4 small children) and they love all of the above !!!
