The Chinese government encourages the creative thinking,while the traditional Chinese culture encourages copy, copy and copy again. To be honest, I myself had also copied with skills many articles to finish my papers and essays. I think if we want to really deal with some deep-hidden problems in our sociey, legislation of laws is one side, and the most important thing is to teach the children that creativity and originality are the good points of a person’s character. We can read and check out many nice articles, but copying things just like stealing someone’s personal things. It is unmoral. If everyone’s article is copied from another, then our academic culture is just like a “thief culture”. However, if everyone is motivated to create his original article, then if anyone want to copy something, he himself would feel strange. That feeing is a culture affects on him.

The fundamental reason is the nonsense about the intellectual property in china ,and the fuse is that the cost of the breach of law is low relatively. Academic plagiarism effectually infringe a copyright of somebody.,but as we have had a law about the copyright which i think is quite exquisite,what we need to do is that who break the law will be punished by the law.
2. What’s your attitude towards Academic Plagiarism？ In fact in China , infringing a copyright is unavoidable .We have a lower rating than Vietnam who has a rating of 80 per above . Its the pain of the developing countries
