today’s topic :High-pressure work

25 years old young man Sun Danyong jumped from a 12-storey building and ended his life on the early morning July 16th. One day before the incident, Sun was forced to be investigated by company labor safety Section because he lost one iphone. The incident so far isn’t clear,but one thing is for sure that FIH and AAPL’s highly attention on iphone laid great pressure on Sun. The overly high pressure is the main reason lead to Sun’s tragedy

A:More and more work pressure let people in the sub-health stauts.Just take it easy,have fun with your friends,listening Slow Strings,do somethings you like such as shopping,sports…Believe that everything will be better in the futrue .

A:In my opinion,both Sun and his company were wrong.
After the iphone was lost,did the company have the right to search Sun and lock him in a place?Of course not.I think the company should take some gentle measures.Company is mostly made up of Employees,so the boss should be kind to his employees.
On the other hand,Sun’s behaviors were too radical.Nothing difficult can’t be overcome.In life,we may meet many more serious difficulties.We should face them bravely ,also with a good attitude.If I were Sun,first I should resort to the court to protect my personal right.Let the court to judge who is right and wrong,who takes away the iphone.Just believe in law,fight back with law.Do you agree with me ?

A:This topic lets me have deep feelings. I think I can’t convey all my feelings with “angry” and “grieved” and “helpless”. Deep in my memory, Taiwan-invested enterprises are always very mighty, crude and violent. They are farther worse than local or Japanese enterprises. Several years ago, there were two articles with warm response in the internet, one was <The heaven is left, ASUS is right>, another was <FOXCONN: the hell in the world>. They all talk about the Taiwan-invested enterprises, and leave a deep impression to me. The behaviors of setdown, insult and abusing employee in those enterprises happen more than once.
Without a doubt, those enterprises should be condemned and denounced. But on the other hand, some problems can be found in the incident, for example, the weak tendency of employee, the nonfeasance of the union, the disregard of government. In our country , there are too many and many people who wanna look for jobs. The profuse human resource causes the social status of employee to be lower and lower. Not only Japanese and local enterprises, but also Taiwan-invested enterprises never worry for no employee. Maybe you don’t like the company, but more people want to enter it. Every year, thousands upon thousands of graduates continuously enter Taiwan-invested enterprises. And for a high job creation, the government usually have to tolerate those companies beyond the pale.
In the most recent times, the pressure of job is more and more. Almost every year, there are someone to commit suicide because of the working pressure, for example in Huawei. And the same things often happen in the colleges and universities because of the studying pressure. The pressure can’t be avoided in the highly competitive society. To decrease the pressure and live relaxed, my advices are two points: outing and hobby.
Outing is best way to relax our body and mind. The fresh breeze and bright sunshine quickly let you forget all unpleasant pressures, and wake up in the next morning, you will feel so lifeful. A favorite hobby is also a good medicine to decrease pressure , for example, you like English, you can take part in English corner and salon, and make friends with others. A good hobby let you feel more confident and more competitive

A:I have no work experience,so I don’t know what I will do under great working pressure. But during my study, I suffer from so much pressure, coming from my family,my teachers and myself. I’m a girl eager to excel, that is to say, when I got less attention from my teachers than my classmates, when my mark was more slow than my companions, I felt uncomfortable and decided to do better next time. Without a doubt,most of the pressure is exerted by myself.
When I feel tired,I always do what I like to do, such as , listening to the music, reading my favourite caricature, shopping with my good friends.
My teacher once told us, “when you are tired of doing homework on a certain subject, transform it to your favourite one.” I think the principle is the same

A:I hate my job!!!
My job is Customer Service Representation. During working, I need speak to the customers all the time on phone, and to my anger, almost all customers are very tough!
Following are my ways to release pressure:
1. I wrote the name of the customer on a piece of ppaper, then thrust him by pen. This action like a supersitition in ancientry.
2. I will tell my colleagues, my family and my friends, even everyone how tough and how stupid the customer is.
3. Singing loudly in KTV at weekend.
4. Eat more, I heared about eating much sweetfood will make people happy.
5. Play forcible games, it’s very available.
