The short answer is: review books and post the reviews online.
Here’s the long answer: If you wish, you can start a website or blog, or just post the reviews on some other sites. Get a bunch of reviews done and posted, to show that you are serious about it. Do a google search for “book reviews” to find some sites. If the site does not specify their policy on accepting outside reviews, ask them. The worst they will say is No.

Print out your reviews for a particular publisher. Send your reviews to the Publicity Department. If you have your own blog/website, include the address. Ask for a review copy of one book at a time. If they don’t send it, don’t worry about it (you may be too new for them; you have to show them that you will be around for a long time). If they do send it, review it, post it and send them a paper copy before you ask for another one.

Good luck!
