Question: So how was your black friday shopping experience?

I got to work at 3:45 this morning. It was insane. I’ve never been up that early on black friday, so it was an experiance.

I picked up an printer for , that was probably my best find. I also picked up some very nice sweaters, for half off, so it wasn’t a total loss. I guess it was worth getting up at 4am for.

Terrible since we didn’t get into the store we orginally wanted. I tried to go to Best Buy because they had a GPS on sale at a great price but when I got over there at about 1:45-2 am there were tents and people lined all the way around the corner. I mean it was CROWDED. Jam packed. So we ended up going to Wal-Mart which wasn’t nearly as bad as it had been in previous years. Guess because there wasn’t anything that grand on sale there this year. Overall it was a better experience than last year when I was nearly killed by the laptop stampede.

I got lucky. I got everything I wanted, and then some. The only problem is I had two panic attacks. That is the last time I go into Toys R Us on Black Friday.

I don’t “do” Black Friday, I hate the malls and look for bargains on the internet. Nothing induces me to go to crowded malls, filled with crabby people who have sore feet, and driving in circles looking for a good spot. Thank God for the Internet.

The crowds at the store were insane! I almost got trapeled over a mad stampe of people at best buy! I woke up at 4am just to shop at Kohl’s, Walmart, target, Sears and Best Buy.

Well, I would not ever recommed cutting in line at Target at 5am. The people were vicious and I felt like they might have killed my group if given the chance. And they were worried for nothing. Target didn’t even have any great deals and we didn’t end up buying anything worthwhile anyways. I bought a pretty sweet 4 foot, pre-lit christmas tree for my apartment though. It was only at Meijers!
