@tastepadthai well I found the universal ABC Kecap manis to be very nice for thai cooking. It makes the same purpose as other thick soy sauces:)

By tastepadthai, October 9, 2011 @ 5:59 am
@pabloplato : Hi, it is not the same. If you don’t have sweet black sauce, just used a little bit of soy sauce, and add sugar into it. Enjoy. Ma’am
By pabloplato, October 9, 2011 @ 6:47 am

This is my kind of cooking: fewer ingredients and a cook who makes it very easy to learn from. I can’t wait to try this recipe.

@phalhot
I have not made a video for “Phall”(Very hot curry) as yet. You do like fiery hot curries!!
I do have a curry video recipe “Spicy lamb recipe” It’s a nice lamb curry and easy to put together but probably not hot enough for you! You need more chillies!
When I make the recipes I try and make them to suit the majority.
Next time I make a curry I will keep in mind fiery hot!

@mulla4eva
)
I must admit there have been a few videos that I have made when I have felt tired or had a cold/flu.This could have been one of them. I think the Red Thai Curry video was another one I made when I had a cold.
Maybe I go for the hotter dishes when I have a cold/ flu to try and shift it
I am amazed that you have watched & cooked so many of my videos. I really do appreciate that. I hope you have enjoyed most of them.
Thanks for dropping in & your lovely comms
