Banana Bread is a pain in the arse to make in a Loaf Pan… Sometimes the center does not get cooked. Using that Bundt Pan is a neat idea. My oven doesn’t cook evenly I believe..

@EvaMewtwo If you wish, but it will alter the flavor of the final result ;)

The proportions of ingredients are great! I’m glad its not too sweet! I found that using 1 1/2 cups of plain flour and bicarb was better that 1 cup of plain flour and 1/2 a cup of self raising.

@TheKawaiiYukiChan You can try to use rice flour, potato starch flour, coconut flour and cornstarch flour, which are all gluten free. Hope this helps. Good luck!

  37. By Naturallyvegan011, January 2, 2012 @ 11:19 am

Hi one pot chef. That looks yummy and easy to do. We baked a vegan banana and apple muffin/cake with oatflour. Hope you can check it out. We made a video response to this video.

@OnePotChefShow What can I use to make this gluten free? I was gonna make this for my aunt and she is allergic to gluten.

  39. By OnePotChefShow, January 2, 2012 @ 1:01 pm

@jumbotron815 1) Yes, but you’ll need to add some baking powder so it will rise 2) I’ve been cooking for ages – it’s just a labor of love :)
