I am so annoyed with my proprtions…seriously….You can’t imagine how hard it is to find jeans for me. Not so much the waistline…but the length!
My legs are too goddamn long. Sure, everyone thinks long legs are cool and whatever, but they are SO hard to find jeans for, and then the waistline is usually too baggy or something. *sigh*

2006 I was very good eatting the right foods.
I went down 2 and 1/2 sizes 14 to 9
2007 the bad habit creeped back in
So hopeful this year I get back to good eatting

I’m irritated because whenever I find a pair of jeans that are big enough to fit my hips then there’s this big frumpy gap in the waistband. Designers these days think we’re all built like men or something.

no!! I am petite so if i get the right waistline, the lengh is way out of proportion!!:( Maybe you should try a new brand, jeans are worth spending an extra few bucks if they are going to be a perfect fit methinks!!
but why do women care so much about their waists-we are never happy…

you’re not the only one who is unhappy with your waistline. Most women are. Right now i am happy when i go shopping for jeans because i just lost a bunch of weight, but i am sure my happiness will fade as well. Its just the way we are. We are never saticfied. We always want to make ourselves “better”. Well the truth is that we are just fine the way we are……. feel good when you go shopping for jeans….you know what usually works for me. just pretend you feel good about it. smile the whole time, over exagerate your joy. For some reason that makes me actually have fun…..faking happiness makes me feel happy in the end. funny, huh !!
Just keep searching for your right brand, you’ll find your match someday!
Just like life… you have to seach through the crap to find the “brand” that fits you best.

Yeah, a good pair of jeans is nearly impossible for me to find. I once went to GAP and tried on 30 pairs of jeans in one day. NONE of them fit right!
If you’re like me and have wide hips but a normal size butt, Calvin Klein brand works best. (if you have a nordstrom rack nearby, Calvin Klein jeans are under $40)
