Each time I listen up, and there is music coming out of those itchy speakers, I can never really relate to that music which is oh so boring. I don’t listen to it because I want to. I know the music is playing, but I really don’t pay much heed to it, and if I do, it is only because it is some rare music artist that makes it interestingly worth listening to. One time when I was shopping for some underwears for my now dufunct wife for her Christmas present, I heard a song that made me cry. It was a song by Paul who was in the beatles at that time the little beetle. Anyways, the song was baby you can drive my car. I cried because my first wife died in a car crash and that song made me so sad and teary eyed as I thought to myself while I heard that song, “Oh my, Juliet is dead, IN a car crash, and she can’t drive again lest they drive cars in hell!” I had to go outside the store (Target) to blow my nose and dry my eyes.

I don’t mind hearing some old classics like Beatles, BTO, Dokken, etc. But the worst was a tape they played in a local chain of grocery stores with Anita Baker! She pierces my eardrums with her voice and I leave the store!

It’s a bit ironic but sometimes they play “Eleanor Rigby” by the Beatles. It’s not a happy song, but it makes me feel good for some reason…

I will agree with Lisa Loeb, I love her voice!
