I was thinking about the Nelson area, prices seem better than around Kelowna. I do like to be near affordible golf areas and keep my wife happy with good shopping and health care facilities. I would prefer areas like Peachland but I like gated communities. I can’t seem to find anything so far. We want a good view, close to skiing and golf but minimal shovelling. Please let me know what you are thinking or suggesting.

Penticton B.C is beautiful i am in alberta but i have been there for summer for the peach fest and i love it there it is beautiful or if you want something smaller try summerland it is just a 15 min drive from penticiton
