Q&A: What is a healthy weight for a 15 year old girl who is 5foot4?

Hi,I did the following:
Question: What is a healthy weight for a 15 year old girl who is 5foot4?

I use to weigh 145, now I weigh 115 as of this morning. I want to get down to 110 cause I don’t look skinny now I still have fat thighs, could I be 110 and still have a healthy weight?

try to get it down to 106… You wud look better…

for 5’4, you should weigh anywhere between 110-140 .
check one of those bmi things.
and you are not fat, you came a long way from 145 to 115. and thighs are supposed to have at on them, you don’t want chicken legs !!

If you weigh 110 your Body Mass Index will be 18.9,which is in the “Normal weight” category.

you could be 110 and be anorexic. did you think of that

It depends on your frame, but as long as your Doctor says your healthy. 115 is thin. 114-152 is appropriate. I believe 152 is okay for a large frame according to the weight chart.
