What is something that I can have for breakfast that is healthy? It doesn’t matter if it taste good or not aslong as it is healthy. Also, what should I drink?

Whole wheat toast, a boiled egg and a piece of fresh fruit or
An egg-white omelet with veggies and a bit of cheese or
Scrambled eggs and veggies in a whole wheat tortilla wrap
Try to get in at least one piece of fresh fruit, plus some low fat dairy (yogurt, milk, cheese) plus some whole grains and a protein to keep you going. I hope that helps!

I always eat like…a cup of whole wheat cereal and a yogurt. I think that’s pretty healthy.

Eat a bowl of cream of wheatt and add some cut up bananas. To finish it off have some strawberry yogurt, and a glass of skim milk.

My breakfast consists of a bowl of porridge but instead of sugar I put in a spoonful of raspberry jam (absolutely delicious) and a big glass of juice, mainly orange. By jaysus you’d be climbing mountains after that!

    2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon, no bread, no potatos. It’s all protein. You can have a cup of coffee with cream; no sugar.
