Q&A: I can’t get motivated to exercise or start living a healthy life. ;-(?

I’ve tried 100′s of exercise programs, read all the books, but I just can’t stick at it. I allways give up after 5 or 6 weeks. the same with my diet, I start off with great plans but allways end up going back to my old ways. HOW can I stick at a program? How can I stay motivated? Please help/advise me!

You need supportive people to help keep you motivated. It’s easiest to stick with a weight loss program when you have others doing it with you. I’m an independent coach for Beachbody, and motivation is what we do. If you’re over 18 and would like a coach (it’s free), please contact me through my profile.

And don’t go for the diet pills. Diet pills are dangerous.

I would join a gym and hire a personal trainer. Personal trainers are great at keeping you motivated. You could also try group exercises or maybe find a friend who is lacking motivation as well. You could motivate each other.

Maybe you should try diet pills – I personally have tried Proactol:

Worked perfect for me. It has no side effects at all, clinically tested and it would be the fastest solution.

After seeing the first resaults, you would definitely be motivated. That’s how it happened with me. Now I am a real gym fan :D

You need someone who will keep pushing you daily. Get a support group or someone to do it alone with you.

Oh, it’s always hard. Find something that is exercise that you LIKE doing and go for it. Allow yourself 1 horrible meal a week, and stick to it. If you allow yourself some bad stuff, you won’t have the cravings for bad food as much.

Make a committment to yourself to be in better shape. Write down why you want a better body and keep the list handy when you feel temptation to be lazy kick in.

Good luck.

well my sister is doing this bootcamp thing and shes paying for it. so maybe if you pay for some sort of activity that will help lose weight that’ll motivate you. because if you don’t go then your losing your money’s worth. or you could always get a really pretty trainer..that should do the trick!
