I think it depends on the person. It’s all about making choices and if you can make hte healthy ones then you are good to go, but if you have a weakness for junk food then you will really have to work hard.

I’m not in college, but I’ve visited many. I know that some have gyms that allow students full access. Some also post nutrition facts on what they serve. It’s all about healthy choices. Walk to class instead of taking the car. If you go grocery shopping, pick healthier foods. Don’t overdo the alcohol, either. You could pack on pounds.

I just finished my freshman year of college and it is a difficult to stay healthy, but really it depends on the school and your self control. Some schools have more healthy options. However, little things can have a big impact, for example, if your school has a sandwich place, get wheat bread instead of white. At the salad bar, don’t use a lot of dressing and if they have it, use low calorie. Also for breakfast, instead of getting bacon or sausage, you can usually get things like fruit or yogurt. Also, instead of a burger, get a grilled chicken. Stay away from fried foods as much as possible. It is more difficult at college than at home, but it is definitely possible. Good luck!
