Pizza After A Week Of Eating Healthy Food?
I’ve been eating healthy the past week. I feel great, no stress, better sleep and I’m calmer than ever. However, since I’m human I naturally crave to eat something that taste good for once. So, I’m about to eat a pizza, with tomatoes, cheese(lol), pineapple,chicken,bell peppers.
Should I avoid the dough, though? How much should I eat? Should I have two slices today and spread it over a few days? Or is pizza bad now and it’s better that I should avoid it?

just think every piece has 300 calories! thats alot.

Eating healthy is about moderation, eating fatty foods, chocolate etc wont do you any harm as a treat now and again. Its when you eat foods like that too often and have no exercise that it will affect your health.

I had the same problem this morning I wanted a gronala bar->Sweet&Salty (160 cal) but it is not good when u on a diet
but i ate it anyway fells goos but now the guilt is killing me

if you work out along with dieting or have a fast metabolism or are young than go for it and have some good tasting food but just dont let this time cuase you to forsake your healthy eating. if your not young or in good shape than for go the pizza. or just have one piece.

No food is bad for you per say. It’s a matter of your moderation of that food, and the counter measures you use after you eat it. If anything, there’s nothing wrong with pizza, yeah it may have a lot of calories, but at the same point in time, there’s a lot of good stuff in there for ya too. Just remember MODERATION.

Just eat a couple slices and go on with your healthy eating. Don’t eat more than that and don’t keep leftovers.

When you have a healthy diet going on and you start to crave something, eat it! Whether your dieting or not, it is always good to indulge every once in a while! Just make sure having some pizza won’t make you go junk food crazy. Eat the pizza and ENJOY it! After you eat it, you will feel good. Don’t worry about it!

I peice pizza should be six inches across at the most while you are dieting. Eat one peice (the smallest peice in the box) and do some cardio, just cut the crust off at the top and feed it to your dog or something.
