Question: little bit of healthy living and exercise question?!?
I don’t want to really get into exercising, because I’m skinny. The only place I WANT or feel like I need to work on is my love handles on my belly. I don’t want to do exercises for my body, except crunches and stuff that involves toning this area. what are some ideas BESIDES acai berry, dietary pills, or anything fake?

Try these exercises as they are specifically to help tone this area: http://www.flat-stomach-exercises.com/love-handles.html. In terms of diet, try and stay away from alcohol, as this makes love handles worse and can cause a ‘beer belly’.
