If you eat salade for a couple of weeks and nothing eles is that healthy or not. I need to eat somthing which would make me grow alot and be healthy, If i eat salade for lunch and dinner, and something healthy ceral for breakfast and only drink fruit juices for a couple of weeks is that healthy.

if you want to grow or win muscle, youll need protein and carbohidrate. your breakfast of cereal is ok , drink it also with a glass of natural juice. then you have to it something before lunch, like a fruit.
then for lunch you need some proteins you can get of any kind of meet, take it with rice and salad or maybe with potatoes instead of rice.
before dinner eat a bread with ham and fresh cheese and a fruit. for dinner have something not so big such as a salad with a piece of meat.

its fine to eat salads, but i would recommend eating some meat as well(unless you are a vegi), eat eggs and fish. plenty of fruit and vegetables. drink plenty of water.
eat regularly, try not to skip meals.
don’t eat too much of one thing. and get plenty of exercise.
maybe try eating smaller portions more often.
bananas and pasta are good foods to bulk up.
