Is There Any Such Thing Like ‘healthy Food Combinations’?

Like this food must not be eaten with that food, for reasons of digestion, toxin, ..etc.

A:

No, two ‘edibles’ don’t make an ‘inedible’. You might find two ingredients together don’t agree with your digestive system, but definitely nothing toxic. As for digestive issues, that’s just trial and error with your own body. For me, there’s a breakfast at our local cafe- hash browns, eggs, salsa, cheese, hamburger… I can eat the breakfast itself, but if I have coffee as well, it’s a gut bomb. Hope this helps~

Ice in you Margarita would be an great combination. It’s even better than sweet basil in tomato sauce.
