Is It Okay To Lose Four Pounds A Week If I Eat 1500 Calories Or More Of Healthy Food Every Week?
In other words, I’d be creating a calorie deficit through exercise. Is this safe?

You might lose 4 pounds the first few weeks, but that’ll slow down with time. So, DON’T GIVE UP!
But you should combine your diet with some exercises!
Exercise 5-7 hours a week (try every day one hour). Do some running and some weight lifting.
I predict that you will lose about 15 pounds the first 2 months and then 10 pounds each month, if you keep up with your regimen.
