I want to lose weight, I dont mind excercising, but I do only a little per day. The problem I have is, I have nothing healthy in my house to eat, and my parents refuse to buy anything healthy. At school, the healthiest thing is a (I think) Low fat sandwhich (but dont quote me), it’s some kind of ham or turkey sandwhich, would it be okay to eat that every day? Anyways, what can I do at home? Thanks.

I would like to be healthier and be fit. I’m not fat, but I would like to gain muscle mass and I’m clueless. I know protein will help, but I’m not sure what to eat or meals to make I’m a very picky eater. Also I don’t know how to do many of the exercise routines and I don’t have any equipment. I also need to know which routines to do for specific areas like biceps and abdominal and stuff like that. Please help?
I am running out of good foods to feed my 2 1/2 year old. He likes pretty much anything he’s not that picky. I want to feed him a well balanced diet but I’m 9 months prego so I’ve been slacking a little just because I don’t want to cook. say i ate the same amount of calories as usual, but of healthy stuff not junk food..
for example.. instead of 20 chips that equal 200 calories, i eat enough vegetables thbat equal 200 calrories?
