Yes the best daily food for you to maintain strength and more to stay from any kind of old age sickness leading to our assured death is to eat daily plenty of vegetables and fruits. Maintain super vitamins daily like taking even 6 or 8 complete vitamin capsules everyday and most of all be religious in your daily exercise even 30 minutes everyday after you wake up in the morning between 5 an 6 am.
I’m already 67 years young without any sickness whatsoever in the last more than 20 years. If I was able to maintain those years of strict discipline, I can just easily carry it through for the next 33 years if there is no “Heavenly Rapture” as promised by God in the Bible (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18) My mother in Oceanside California is already 86 years young without any sickness. Just maintain her 30 minutes daily exercise. Good luck.

You would not want to pump your car with dirty fuel.
So filling you body with foods that are not healthy should be common sense. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. Living a healthy life style is about making smart food choices.

The same day I uninstalled IE8 because it wasn’t displaying pages correctly Zone Alarm Firewall popped up an alert stateing IE was trying to access the internet – after I uninstalled it. I hit the deny button, but needless to say, I’m a little confused here. I’m running Windows XP SP3 on an HP Pavilion d4100e with Avira & ZA anti-virus suites & Windows Defender (they all seem to get along OK) & I run daily anti-virus scans. I uninstalled IE8 using “Add/Remove Windows Components” in the “Add/Remove Programs” feature of Control Panel. Does anyone out there have a clue? I’m posting this before trying my own Google search.
