What Are Some Healthy Food And Drinks I Should Eat On A Diet?

Ive limited myself off of soda, drinking only water and Green Tea, and was wondering what else would be good for me? Also Ive been taking Green Tea pills to try to increase burning my fat, and feel alot more energy, but are these really useful or healthy?

    The green tea drink is ok I guess, but I wouldn’t take the pills on top of it. Are you also exercising? The fastest, safest way to loose the weight is diet and exercise, that’s no secret. Even if you’re using 5lb dumbbells for a circuit training routine, by building lean muscle, your metabolism will naturally raise, and stay that way, even during rest, and that will burn fat faster.
    You should be getting 5-6 small meals per day, that are high in protein to help build the muscle. By eating this many meals over a 10-14 hour period, it keeps your metabolism going throughout the day, also helping in burning fat. Things like chicken breast, salmon, tuna, and lean red beef are all good choices,each having its own benefits, like the essential amino acids in red meat, and the omega-3 and-6 oils in salmon and other fatty fish. And don’t be afraid of fats of the healthy kind, like avocados and nuts. Make sure to get lots of fruit and veggies too. And be sure to drink at least 1 gallon of water per day.     I don’t believe in taking pills to burn fat. You’re on the right track with you water intake, just don’t freak out if you retain it because it can easily be lost.

    i don’t recommend taking any pills. check with a doctor first. i lost the old fashioned way – small portions, no junk food and some exercise. fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, soups etc., are good. indulgence = fruits.

    I personally follow Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Diet. It has helped me a lot and is really healthy.
    Here’s some foods that I have found helpful in my diet:
    *Whole wheat pasta
    * berries, apples, other fruits
    *veggies like salad and carrots
    *lean protein like chicken and fish
    I too drink only water and green tea for the most part, occassionally I will have some black coffee or crystal light lemonade.
