What Is Your Favorite Healthy Comfort Food?

Broccoli and watermelon seem to be good comfort foods that seem to keep weight down. What is your favorite non fattening comfort food that is HEALTHY TOO?

A:             I take only vegetarian food, i generally prefer low sweet and low fat food.
vegetarian is good, coz u dont have to kill living beings for that, trees u abtain food from stay alive and happy after giving u the food, or they die after giving u food naturally

A:            All kinds of fruit, watermelon, strawberries and melons.

A:                  BANANA..
WATERMELON..
ORANGES..
MANGO..
I LOVE FRUITS! =)
Broccoli is nice too, but I’d prefer pickles

A:             American foods arent comfort food to me A bowl of salad or fruit maybe nutrional but it doesn’t satisfy me like chinese cooking thats real soul food, and not just about nutrional content Health people here tend to overfocus on this they’ll tell you about a superfood like salmon or blueberries then splash you with a million facts of why its health and bla bla bla! (And when I say chinese food i don’t mean takeout)

A:                  I love eating grapes and honey dew melon. If the honey dew is ripe enough, it’s super juicy and sweet. Perfect for the sweet tooth

A:           Comfort Food and Healthy Food do not go hand in hand. That’s like comparing apples to oranges in my opinion.

Thats an oxymoron! Well fried chicken has protein, fat’s(which you need to live), grain in the breading… and then if you dip it in ketchup u get ur fruits&veggies in… sounds healthy to me!
