A:
in iraq im sure you get a lot of nuts. have almonds and walnuts as snacks whenver you can! and olives too.

A:
better avoid sticky food or sort of spicy, for the perfect diet prefer vegetables specially boiled but not so much let it be solid little bit,
i have good looking physical shape because i eat tomato and carrot juice early in the morning as for the break fast its really awesome for the break fast as it refreshes blood and brings skin lighten lemon juice is enough whenever you’ve been tire.
anyway i’ve stopped eating meat and some other spicy foods and i found wonderful change in me and my physical structure using vegetables diet after the dinner milk with soda is useful for the better digest and makes chest avoid burning.

My husband is in Iraq and he’s a body builder, so he is the king of eating healthy. Also, he still manages to get to the gym every other day and he’s out of the wire more often than not. They also have to do PT. He’s very busy, but food is important and he’ll stay up late to get to midnight chow, if he was too busy to eat during the day. It’s just willpower.
He always eats at the mess hall.. forgive me, I know that’s the wrong term. He never buys food. There is no reason to, every meal is free. Just think about it.. buying food is a waste of money and it’s usually not healthy. Subway is Ok.. I lived on it for a while but having worked there in the past.. There’s only so much you can stand!
I ask my husband what he eats quite often. He eats a lot of fish.. which is great protein and so healthy for you and ideal for a lowfat diet. He was on a sandwich wrap kick for a while. A friend of his showed him where they were. There’s always fruit. Grab an apple, an orange, take it back to your room with you. I always get little fruit cups. I love the tangerines. Nuts are a great snack. You could ask for those in care packages. Look for good fiber cereals in the morning. When you chose your food, just try to grab one thing from each food group. Think low carbs, high protein. You just have to work at it to make it a habit. My husband eats a whole lot healthier now than he did at home. He eats a lot better than I do!!

A:

Stuff as many fruits and vegetable down your maw as you can (I know, the dfac sucks), and have the fam send you protein bars from home.
Best wishes and come home safe and in one piece!
