Try paperbackswap.com or dailylit.com. I think there’s also a Facebook app for it.

My favorite site for that, since there they do call it a ‘review,’ and it’s international, and a “clean, well-lighted place” is:
http://www.writerscafe.org
It’s also free.
Be prepared to enter something you’ve written to get on there, though you don’t have to make a ‘profile’ they ask for; I never did and no one really cared.
I put up short work already published, years ago.
Others put up new things.
ADD: All are invited to review all the work they read. End ADD
Suggest you ignore any ‘self-publication’ ads that lurk around most writer sites.
This one is full of great reading and writing, in all the genres you can think of.
Best of luck with whatever you choose = Have fun.

Don’t try amazon.com unless you are a customer, because I joined and they said to write a review you have to purchase one item. I never buy online so I was pretty upset.
