I need a healthy living plain!! Here is what I already have-
- I right my bike about 4 tenths of a mile five days a week ( about 25 to 30 mins)
-I walk 4 flights of stairs about 3 times up and 2 times down
- Sorry I dont have many more but I dont eat very healthy eather! So HELP!!

You’ve got a very good start on the exercise, Bikergirl. Keep it up!
For eating- well, ditch the microwave and get a double-boiler/steamer. And use that to cook your vegetables. In fact, I have used mine to cook entire meals: I would put rice and water in the bottom, then put my vegetables and meat in the basket and let it steam.
Get whole grain breads instead of regular white. Those are actually very taste!
Get fruits and raw vegetables for snacks.
If you drink sodas, stop and drink fruit juice, water, and tea instead.
The key here is to get processed sugars and excess fat (Note I said excess, not all) out of your meals.
If you want suggestions about increasing your exercise, try walking or riding your bike to take care of your errands if you can.
