How to deal with shopping addiction?

Question: How to deal with shopping addiction?
Ok here’s the deal. I have no job, live with my parents, and I’m almost 18. My dad is loaded and I have two credit cards, which I max out every month. I have a ton of stuff that’s going to last me for at least ten years (shampoos, conditioners, nail polishes, lotions) and I am told that I have more clothes than my mom! I was trying to save up money for laser hair removal, but I blew it all in one month after not spending it for two months. I was so proud of myself that now I’m so depressed that I spend it all, especially on WHAT I spent it. Please help me. I don’t buy makeup or anything like that, just clothes, shoes, nail polish, and bath and body stuff. Lush is my favorite store ever! Ok, this isn’t helping me, but seriously please help me how can I make this stop? I’m already seeing a therapist about this and it’s not helping. The problem is, though, I have a dependence on things to make me happy, and without constantly shopping I get EXTREMELY depressed. I tried volunteering at the animal shelter and it seems to be helping a little bit, but only while I’m there, and once I leave, it starts all over again. Sorry for such a long description, but I really need help with this.
LMAO. laser hair removal costs 22 grand for the whole body. i went in for a consultation and they told me the price for me.

Laser hair removal only ran my about a grand. If you spend like you claim, you should have that after 2 months..
Go a month without any luxury spending. (No uneeded clothes, going out to eat excessively etc) And then put yourself on a realistic budget when you go out to shop (Say Im really only here for a shirt, I will spend x amount of dollars today)
EDIT:
Sweetheart, apparently you are going to the wrong place…. you can get a decent boob job for less than that. I got mine at a great price, but it running anything over 3 is stretching it a tad. Im a guy, so kept my leg hair.. but even getting that done wouldnt cost any more than another 0

Chop up the credit cards. See if you can find a non-retail job to make money. It will keep you occupied, and you won’t be able to spend more than you make.
It would also help to find something you’re good at, other than shopping. Do you (did you) play a musical instrument? Do you know how to play at some sport? Is there a club at school that interests you? Do you have any craft or art skills like sewing, knitting, drawing, or painting? Concentrate on perfecting those skills; find a way to use them to help others.

lol you don’t EVER want to max out your credit cards it destroys your credit. Never spend more than 30% of your credit limit and always pay in full by the due date. I don’t know how can you spend money especially when using credit to buy things when you don’t have a job. But what you can do is like for example if you shop every day you can start quiting by shopping only 5 days a week for three weeks and after that only three days a week for the next 3 weeks and after that shop only 1 day a week for the next three weeks. You may also want to get a job to earn money and keep you occupied. Hope this helps
