I’d say go with a burger, hot dog, or ice cream and water. Those, to me, are the least fattening things at a carnival and also my favorites.

Fried Twinkie! LOL Just kidding.
But in all seriousness, most carnivals have corn on the cobs on sticks, this would be a healthy choice. As for drinks I probally sugar as well, but try a fresh squeezed lemon ade or maybe just water.

Soft pretzels aren’t that bad for you. They’re fat free, and range from 160 (small ones) to 390 (huge ones) calories. They can be really big though, so if thats the case, split it with someone. And if it comes with cheese dip or something, leave it. Its best plain or with mustard.

Soft pretzels are terrible…they are just white bread in a different form. You wouldn’t sit down and enjoy 5 pieces of Wonderbread would you?
Take your own food with you in your purse. You can take along protein bars, packaged turkey or chicken slices and even low fat string cheese with some water or tea.
