How can I maintain a healthy diet when living alone?
Hi,I did the following:
Q&A: How can I maintain a healthy diet when living alone?
I have a refigerator a stove(no oven) and a microwave. I have no idea what i should get at the grocery store for healthy balanced meals. I’ve been told I need more fiber and Omega 3. I am tired of fast food and my body is paying for having too much of it. Any help, a list, meals, anything will help. Thanks………

Get a vegetable steamer that works in the micro wave,
get a rice pot,
seasoning, especially hot, is good and good for you
eat seasonally (what is fresh in your area for each season).
get a cooler so that you can take your own food with you to school or to work or both.
the Mediterranean diet is healthy and taste very good.
By a wok for stir fry, quick, easy and tasty.
Drink clean water (get a water purifier that attaches to the faucets, it will save you lots of money in the long run)
It is always better to buy and eat fresh food daily, however, it may not always be practical.
Cooked fish, chicken and meats can be individually wrapped and frozen for later but most veggies don’t freeze to well (they turn to mush when re-heated)
