Question: How can I eat healthy food in winter?

Now that winter is here, I’m finding my self craving nice, warm comfort food that is – unfortunately – full of calories!
I need some ideas for healthy balanced meals that are relatively easy to make and that I can take to take to college for lunch. In summer it is so much easier to have a salad but in the cold and wet I just don’t fancy it! I need help before I start ballooning up!!!!

Go for chunky soups full of meat and veges and lightly oiled roasted veges and mash potato without butter!
YUM YUM!! so filling
cups of coffee and tea with skim milk. warms you up nicely.
PORRIDGE with fruit and honey and skim milk.
STIRFRYS!!! lean meat tossed with your favourite veges and soy and sweet chilli sauce etc
Roast chicken without the skin and veges!
Steamed apples wit cinnamon.

I know when your cold carbs are the best comfort foods so try opt thm for lighter versions of what you would normally have. mashed potato with salt and milk w/o butter and whole grain toast and wheat pastas with lean chicken basil and tomato sauce with a little edam cheese.

im hungry now lol
