A:           ok , so here it is , ,, when you work out you have to think of something that is going to come out of this work out , so , you can just stay indoors and work out by yourself ,,, so m first myou have to get energy , that is with juice , adn you have to drink a lot of water case it is good for the skin when you are getting sweat , your skins opens , so it cleans , next you have ot make push upsd , but not something huge , just os you can feel a burn , and then when you go to sleep ,you have to , do some abs while you sleeping ,, with your eyes closed , trust me it works ,and not lift to the middle ,like 90 deggres , just 45 , you wil feel it when you are ok , , then tomorow you will wake up a new person ,,, do this for one week and you see ,bey , god luck

A:            For eating I’ve heard it’s healthiest to eat foods mainly around the outside of the grocery store – bread, veggies/fruit, dairy, and meat. The less healthy stuff with preservatives and salt, etc. are typically in the middle of the store. Water is healthy and good for your skin (8 glasses a day, they say). Juice is often just mostly sugar, so either make your own juice or get V8 or something.
I’ve heard that working out about 30 minutes to an hour a day is pretty good. Good luck with your plan!

A:          like drink lots of water. Don’t drink soda or eat chocolate walk/ run. yoga. don’t eat meat. eat lots of vegetables don’t eat white bread go with wheat or hole grain.

A:             I like the fact that you realize that you need to live a healthy lifestyle, and not just follow a quick diet routine to “lose weight”
Being healthy all depends on the choices you make, and you’re right- it’s really easy to get discouraged.
You need to realize all the unhealthy aspects in your life (such as excess sodas or junk food) and seriously cut down. There is no need to starve yourself of the foods you love, just eat them in careful moderation.
Keeping track of the calories and nutrients you eat is a great way to see how healthy you are, and how much you need to eat to be healthier.
When it comes to being healthy, Vegetables and fruits are the way to go. Make sure you get at LEAST 5 a day. Also make sure you get enough calcium, whole grain, and Fiber a day.
The best drink- WATER!!! Make sure you get at least 8 cups a day, even more if you’re working out. Water has amazing benefits for your body and skin.
Working out-
People say you should get anywhere from 20 – 30 minutes of excercise every day. If you are trying to reach a weight loss goal, then you may want to build up to more excercise, and then come back to 20-30 minutes when you have reached your goal.
If you don’t have the time or money to hit up a gym, there are plenty of workouts you can do in your home. For example, Jump roping, jogging, dancing, or doing strenght excercises. DVD’s are a great way to get healthy. Some I can recommend are The Biggest Loser Workout, Tae Bo, Zumba, and any kind of dance, yoga, or cardio DVDs.
Remember just working out a little bit every day will eventually have results. As long as you do it every day.
One more thing I can recommend is to get plenty of sleep. It affects your skin, your body, and your fatigue level.
Man this is long haha. Good luck!

A:

You have to understand that working out is a long term commitment. You can’t expect to see results in 2 weeks. You can expect to see results in 6 mos. I lift weights, and have been lifting weights and running almost every day for the last 6 years. It helps being in the military and having a gym down the street from my job though. I suggest you ask yourself what you want to work on. Do you want firmer thighs, a firmer butt, or the total body work out. Start slow. Find a routine that suits you so you don’t get discouraged and give up. Muscle Magazine, and women’s health magazines offer some good work out regiments.
When it comes to what you eat, you need to enjoy your food, but you need to eat healthy. I love chicken and steak. Both are high in protein, and are crucial to building your body after a hard workout. Grill your chicken, don’t fry it, trim the fat off your steak, eat more vegetables, and low fat carbs like breads high in fiber.
I’m not an expert, but all this has worked for me. I’m not perfect, but I’ve gained 50 pounds in muscle mass since I started eating healthy and working out.

A:        Here are a few tips:
1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it’s just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Don’t say you don’t have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but you’re worth it, right?
2. Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time (most people do). That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.
5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. People who don’t are 450% more likely to be overweight.
6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because you’re constantly digesting food.
7. Avoid these as much as possible:
– Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)
– High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)
– Fast food
– Junk food
– White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes
– The deadly C’s (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)
8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:
– Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)
– Beans/Legumes
– Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)
– Dairy products (as long as they’re low-fat or non-fat)
– Eggs
– Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)
– Olive oil
– Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta
– Fresh fruits (anything that ends in “berry” is a winner)
– Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea)
– Cold water or ice water (your body has to expend extra calories to heat it up)
9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day – just don’t overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one “cheat meal” every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you don’t gorge yourself. That’ll help keep you from feeling deprived and it’ll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.
Good luck!

A:          If you want to be healthy then try to watch what you eat i am not trying to say become anorexic just like if you are goin to eat a chocoalate or a desert only have one a week you dont need to workout unless you really want to.

A:                Drink V8, put a little salt in it if you don’t like it.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
